Yard work

Mowing, trimming and clearing what has grown over, on the same break schedule.
Trash-bin cleaning

Bins washed and sanitized, one time or on a schedule.
Garage clean-out

Sort, clear and wash the floor so the garage is usable again.

Who shows up

I'm Charlie Fett. I started Island Services in January 2023, and I'm the one who does the work, from the estimate to the final rinse. The person you email is the person who turns up with the washer.

I'm a finance student at LSU, which is why the calendar runs on school breaks. Between breaks I still answer email within 3 business days; I just can't run the machine from Baton Rouge.

Common questions

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes. I bring the pressure washer and everything else. I only need an outside water spigot.

Yes, by request. Houston jobs are scheduled the same way, on school breaks.

How do I pay?

Do I need to be home?

Usually not for outdoor work. Leave the water on and move anything fragile off the area.
